Outdoor Features: - Parking: No need to worry about parking; we provide a spacious driveway in front of the garage, plus an additional driveway on the other side of the house, ensuring ample space for your vehicles. - Front Yard: Experience privacy and security with a fenced-in front yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors worry-free. - Backyard: Our expansive backyard with picnic tables is ideal for relaxation or play. - Pool: Dive into summer with our onsite above-ground pool, open during the summer months (June-Sept), weather permitting. It's a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy sunny days. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty, children must be monitored at all times, swimming and access to the pool area is at your own risk, no glass or sharp objects are allowed in the pool area, and you must lock the pool gate when not in use. - Garage Access: Make the most of recreational fun in the garage where you'll find a grill for a perfect BBQ and a ping-pong table for some friendly competition.

Top Floor Retreat: - Private Living Area: A serene place with its own living room and workspace. - Bedroom: Offers a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Basement level: - Newly Renovated Space: This level has been transformed into a stunning area with modern amenities and stylish decor. - Bedrooms: Two cozy, curtain-separated sleeping areas each featuring queen-sized beds, perfect for extra guests. - Living Area: A comfortable space with a smart TV, ideal for entertainment and relaxation. - Kitchenette with Dining Area: Equipped with the essentials such as mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster etc. - Brand New Bathroom: Also includes double vanities, a spacious shower, and all the essentials. - Laundry Room: Features brand new washer and dryer.
